Identity Verification (KYC)

bijj99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a proof of address document, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests until documentation is received and approved.

Account Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your bijj99 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Bonuses and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon account closure.

Own Funds Only

Any account suspected of facilitating money laundering or financial crime will be immediately suspended, reported to relevant authorities, and all balances frozen pending investigation.

Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate bijj99 transaction constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions. bijj99 reserves the right to suspend the associated account and recover any amounts subject to an unjustified chargeback, including any legal costs incurred in doing so.

Bet Acceptance & Settlement

All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of bijj99. A bet is only confirmed once it has been fully accepted and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets on sports events are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of an obvious pricing error, bijj99 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes.

All content on the bijj99 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, text, game assets, and user-interface designs — is the exclusive property of bijj99 or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bijj99 content without prior written consent.

8.2

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bijj99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the bijj99 platform. bijj99's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3

Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be referred to the bijj99 customer support team for informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue the matter through formal legal channels. bijj99 does not accept jurisdiction of any court outside its designated operating territory.

8.4

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severance of the invalid provision.

8.5

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bijj99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether oral or written.
